⁴⁴ As soon as they hear, they obey me;
Foreigners ^[a](A)cower before me.
⁴⁵ Foreigners ^(B)fade away,
And ^(C)come trembling out of their ^[b]fortresses.

⁴⁶ Yahweh ^(D)lives, and blessed be ^(E)my rock;
And let ^(F)the God of my salvation be lifted high,
